    - Performance evaluation of our network algorithm is carried out and compared against benchmark algorithms. - Comprehensive, scalable, and extended to eTQD: Heterogeneous networks enabling multiple security levels.

  • Performance Evaluation of LeadCache: A Network Caching Policy (2019-2020)

    - Our LeadCache policy has been compared against benchmark LRU, LFU, OGA for cumulative hits, and asymptotic rate of regret. - The MATLAB script solves a well-formulated linear program and takes decisions on each slot with near-optimality.

  • Reviving ECU dead 18.5kW Ingersoll-Rand Screw Compressor (Dec 2018)

    - Using pressure transducer and instrumentation amplifier, revived an Ingersoll-Rand screw-compressor. - Challenges: Monitoring Sump, Differential Pressures before start, Motor Current, Airend Temperature Fault Correction.

  • Electro-Mechanical System Development: Compressed Air-Recovery from High Pressure Exhaust (Nov 2018)

    - Impact: 15% savings on compressed air, 21% savings on electric power consumption. - Challenges: Design of complex 3-piece Pneumatic Valve, Causal Control of valve actuation, Electrical Control Circuit Design.

  • PET Bottle Manufacturing: Process Variability Reduction using 6σ (Oct 2018)

    - Impact: Reduction of Defects Per Million Opportunities(DPMO) to half. - Challenges: Too many parameters.

  • Upgradation of Semi-Automatic Blowing Line using Delta DVP28SA211R (Aug-Sep 2018)

    - Impact: Cycle time reduction by 2.5s. - Challenges: Design of Mechanical Conveyor, Sensing, Pneumatic Actuator.

  • Surgical System Development: Laser Light Drive and Display Control (May-Jul 2018)

    - Impact: Driving Laser, Output Power Sensing and Feedback, Software Control of LCD Displays using AT-MEGA384C3. - Challenges: High know-how time of the process and proprietary communication protocols.

  • Signal Generation and Wide Band Amplification (Dec-May 2018)

    - Design and development of Pre-Compliant Automotive Supply Line Transient Generator as per ISO 7637 (Part 2). - Used Direct Digital Synthesis(DDS) to generate the low voltage signal and amplify it. - Challenge: Non-linearities.

  • RF Dielectric Constant Measurement for PCB Materials (Rogers Corp.): Both NDR & Destructive (Jun-Nov 2017)

    - Developed an Experimental Setup to measure Dielectric Constant for High-Frequency Circuit Laminates using FSR and X-Band Clamped Strip-line Resonator method as per IPC standard. - Challenge: RF Noise at the coupling point.
